Built in 1936 by the Norfolk Naturalists Trust, the Watcher’s House is conveniently placed overlooking the famous Cley Marshes Reserve. From being the first UK conservation group, The Norfolk Wildlife Trust now manages many nature reserves. This viewpoint can be seen as one crosses the bridge leading into the reserve at Cley.
